About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Sign Installer to join our team, responsible for the installation of large-format marketing signage and smaller format graphics, as well as event materials for launches and campaigns. This is a practical, field-based role that involves significant travel across the UK to install signage at development sites, marketing suites, and event locations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install large-format marketing signage, including hoardings, site boards, banners, and external graphics. Install small-format signage and vinyl graphics for marketing suites, offices, and internal spaces. Install event materials for launches, including signage, display graphics, and branded elements. Travel to sites across the UK and occasionally stay overnight when required. Ensure all installations are completed to a high professional standard and within agreed timelines. Work with project managers and designers to ensure installations match specifications. Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Carry out basic on-site problem-solving and adjustments where necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations while working on site. Requirements Full UK driving licence (essential). Willingness to travel extensively across the UK. Experience installing large-format signage, graphics, or similar materials preferred. Practical skills with tools and installation equipment. Comfortable working at height when required (training can be provided). Good attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Desirable Skills Experience with vinyl application and graphic installation. CSCS card or relevant site accreditation. Experience working on construction or development sites.
